Good morning everyone,For Credit Unions that accept Credit Card applications online or through a third party CUSO, do you require a signed hard copy application from the member before issuing the credit card? If you do not require a signed application, how do you authenticate the member applying and what is the evidence kept to show that the member applied for the card?
