Does anyone have a policy to share on how commercial loan applications are rated for/as high risk businesses based on the FFIEC BSA examination guide, or something along those lines? We are currently trying to devise guidelines on what types of businesses would would lend to as opposed to those we would not. Any help is appreciated.
