Up to this year we have locked up our election ballots for one year before destroying and completing a Certificate of Destruction Notice. This year we went to electronic balloting and announced the results at the annual meeting.Questions:     1.  Is it necessary to hold the ballots for a year and if so where do I go to find the verbiage?     2.  Once the annual meeting has been conducted and the results of the election given, do you indicate in the Supervisory Committee minutes the number of votes each candidate received so it becomes a part of the board minutes? Thanks, Randy BrackmanWauna Credit Union
