We are looking for ways to improve our Annual Meeting/In-branch voting process. We are not considering online voting at this time, but are looking at other options to eliminate manually reviewing and counting each ballot/vote, such as using a scantron system or an app accessed within the branch environment. If you have a similar automation process in place, would you be willing to share your procedures?
