I am wondering about the format of the committee meetings at other organizations. A few questions I have are:
1. How often do you meet with your committee members?
2. How long are your meetings?
3. How often do you meet with the committee without others (President, Management, etc.) present?
4. As you complete each audit do you send it to the committee members or do you wait for your monthly or quarterly meeting?
5. Are the minutes of the meetings recorded?
6. Asset size.
