Would anyone send me resources to review to supplement my knowledge base regarding BSA, ACH, HR/Payroll areas? I am interested in seeing what is available in addition to what I use. Also, has anyone done a Call Center audit and have a program that you could share? What are the regulations that would apply? CDD best practices? etc.Thank you,Rosemary
