I am looking to audit the training department. I am not sure what I want to look at. Does anyone have an existing program I can use or review? I have some ideas I want to look at such as review of MIS reports (Accuracy, Teller errors, rants and raves) to see if the training is effective. Pre testing ( basic math, 10 key) and trainer experience will also be looked at. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
