Hi, Are any of you utilizing audit management software, such as AutoAudit, Audit Leverage, TeamMate, ACL Workpapers, etc., for risk assessment, audit documentation, scheduling, reporting, and follow-up? Currently I am using Excel for my enterprise-wide risk assessment, audit plan and budgeting, and progress reporting. In addition, we primarily use Excel for documentation/testing purposes and all audit programs, including sign-offs and reviews, etc. We use Word for reports or miscellaneous memos. We also use Monarch for extraction and some report-generation purposes. I am looking at moving over to ACL Desktop for data analysis/extraction. Just some facts about my CU for comparison purposes:
- $1.3 billion in assets
- 15 branches
- I am responsible for managing the internal audit and compliance functions (3 people total):
- 2 internal audit staff, including myself
- 1 compliance specialist who performs 4 compliance-related audits in addition to normal compliance-management responsibilities.
