For ATMs at your branches and settled/balanced by branch personnel, do internal controls include
1. Dual custody (e.g. one person with a key and one person with the combo) so that it requires 2 persons to access the ATM and no one person has the ability to access the ATM alone OR
2. Dual control - you require 2 persons to access the ATM for settlement/balancing but although they are not unauthorized to access alone, each would have the ability to access the ATM on their own OR
3. Sole control - Head Teller (or other employee) has sole control of the ATM so that if there was a loss/problem that particular person would be help accountable.
4. Other.
