Our EVP of HR has asked me to inquire with the group the following question:Does any credit union give all employee's their Annual Salary Increase at the same time every year? If so, what is your asset size and number of employees.One of our board members works for Mastercard and apparently every employee receives there salary increase at the same time every year. She would like for us to go to the same system and we do not see the advantage. We have just under 300 employees. thank you,
