Hello All!
I would like to inquire how your CU's ACH department works. If you are willing to share, can you please answer the questions below?
Asset Size?
Number of FTE's in the department?
Do multiple individuals handle the different processes (i.e., ACH file , working exceptions, return file)
Is IT involved in any portion - bringing in the file from the Fed?
Does someone review the exceptions before posting?
