I am trying to get feedback on how CUs are handling a situation where a primary member with a loan requests all accounts to be changed to a new account number because they need to remove a joint owner from the current account (due to divorce for example), but the joint owner on the current account is refusing sign for removal. Is the loan being converted over to the new account number?
